This is a fan-character of mine, named Ischa. The premise behind her was after contemplating on the whole premise of the black mages in ff9. I then had a thought, 'what if there was a Burmecian one?' to, well put it more simply anyway. Her structure obviously operates a bit differently than, say, Vivi's. At any rate, in light of previous sharing issues, here's a simple link: www.furaffinity.net/view/2773077/

She reminds me of Kefka... ;D
A Burmecian black mage sounds interesting, is there more to this character's background? She wouldn't have been manufactured like Vivi.

No, the idea operated on a different principle than Kuja's black mages, she was more or less the revival of the soul of an old Burmecian noble. I didn't really figure on an exact method of it, although it may be similar to the Dark Burmecians (another fan-idea of mine), albeit without the whole 'raging, vengeful spirits of the dead' thing.
