We have: Human Burmecian Clayrian Dwarves Genomes Qu Moogle
but there are alot of anthromorphic races in ff9 I was hoping to catalog them all, so I can give them stats and have them be playable races. I have work up to my ears, making the stats so I was hoping that you would help me list the anthro races help is apriciated

Burmecian and Cleyran are really the same race, they just live in different places. The race itself doesn't have a name in game other than Burmecian, but Nezumi works well.
As Mel said, Black Mages are also their own race by right. There's also Summoners. Other than that you're just looking at different demi-humans, of which there are many. Duck and dog are some examples.

I think the brothers are moles
*spoiler* the summoners were pretty much genecided so they won't be in roer4
as for the black mages their life span is very limited and they no longer have a way to reproduce so the blackmage dolls are not in roer4
Blackmage is a class some of the things the Steigner says in the beginning imply that wielders of black magic are rare, but exist.

and thus I am put off this new RP board. YOU JUST KILLED TWO OF THE MOST INTERESTING RACES! And as such have almost no variety...And I would like to point out that the remaining summoners are female, could breed and they never rule out others appearing! And new mages are born at the end of ff9

It depends on what time span you have it in. It could be done before the summoners died, or many years after the game, meaning Garnet and Eiko could have reproduced lol

And thus Mel has solved the race representation issue

it is 20 yrs after ff9 any summoners would be too closely related to Garnet or Eiko that and summoning is a tough thing to work with
as for blackmage dolls I missed that others were made I'll make a note of writing blackmages in

The mist is fading away though. It would be very difficult to make Black Mages twenty years after FF9.
People might want to make other kinds of demi-humans though. I'll be interested in playing my cat characters from the Drinking Pit for one thing, and I probably won't be the only one going for original demi-humans.

Interestingly, "Nezumi" is all they were referred to as in the Japanese version. Which can also be considered the conclusive evidence that they are in fact rats.

In the US version, they were only referred to as rats, in a derogatory manner. Otherwise, there was no mention of a name of a race.
