After checking the Second Life Freya topic on the media and fanworks board, I found I couldn't praise him for his work as the Add Post button was nowhere to be seen. This happens for all topics on the Media and Fanworks board and nowhere else. What's going on and why?

Found the problem.
Apparently, replies were set to "Board Staff Only" instead of "Members" when the board was created. It's been fixed now, so you should be able to post replies again.
