Hope I find enough inspiration to do more just so to participate here like I used to do (in trolling). Nog asked me a while ago to imagine a modern Freya. Your 21 century version Freya. I imagine she would be a rich surgeon because she is the one who finally find a way to cure stupid, with her favorite surgeon's tools; spears! She is a very dedicate person.

Holy shit. That's really good. I see a all might and tokoyami, and a pyramid head.

I don't think there are many MHA fans who remember "emo-bird guy"'s name XD.
Edit: Here an other one. It's when "modern" Freya was doing her military service. She had to tag along with the laziest person and the most hot headed person she ever saw. (Not counting what she sees in the mirror).

Nivalis Here. Dame and I will try to post a couple of fan arts here occasionally.
Here is a very early drawing of Freya that Dame created. I think this drawing was made before had a chance to actually play FFIX.
Here is a drawing of Freya's mother, also illustrating a new idea for upper body armor.
Finally, here is Freya preparing to receive a makeover from some videogame-type ladies.

Niv present. The wireless "internet" here in the Dismal Swamp is slower than 28.8Kbps dial-up. Here is an unemployed dragon who likes the Vidyagaymes.
Photobucket has an obnoxious watermark. Dame occasionally does some color work. This is Freya revving up to wreck some fool (who should be pitied). The inset is Freya taking a nap. Freya will not leave the bath until you go away.

This is obviously not a fan drawing, but it is still related to the topic of Freya.
Spears!
On the left is Dame's spear, a Schrade survival boar spear with two extensions and paracord whipping. It is close to six feet long, and it is sharp enough to shave with. On the right is a pike that I am in the process of forging. It has a hollow shaft made of black iron pipe, and I plan on putting a piece of free-floating steel rod stock inside of the shaft so the spear will impact a target like a slide hammer. In the center is a primitive knife that I forged from a worn-out rasp. The handle is Osage Orange.

Yay! We get to see more of Dame's amazing Freya artwork! Those are some sweet pieces. I am curious as to what Freya would look like after her "makeover" and just what she's saying in that picture with comic bubbles. It is just a shame photobucket is deciding to be obnoxious. Has Dame considered posting her works on other websites? Those spears look cool too. Don't tell me you know it's sharp enough to shave with because you've used it for that. I have a bemusing image in my head of you using that spear in a mirror with some foam.
