Well, kinda. You see, there's this story on Fanfiction.net: www.fanfiction.net/s/3795250/1/The_Founder_Returns_InfernoIMHO, this is one of the really great FFIX fics out there, a dark and horrific take on the normally bright world of Gaia., perfect reading for the Halloween season. While the main character is Zidane's son, Freya looks to play an important role in the story, as it seems to be building to an intense confrontation between her and Amarant, and perhaps war between Alexandria and Burmecia, as it seems to be hinting the Dragon Knights may have enlisted the aid of the Infernal forces for the sake of revenge. The author says its mostly finished and new chapters are ready to be posted. Unfortunately, he's upset at the lack of reviews he's gotten versus the amount of work he's put into the story, and he's stated he won't update anymore unless he gets at least two reviews per new chapter. While I think its crappy for a writer to hold his own work hostage, I REALLY want to see this story continued, so the request I'm making of my fellow ROERers is this: Please read and review the the fic, its not as if there are so many great FFIX fics out there that we should let one die for lack of reviews. You might want to check out the prequel story first: www.fanfiction.net/s/3157020/1/The_FounderIt It shows how Amarant became the Lord of Pride, and Freya literally Goes Through Hell, becoming the bitter and angry warrior we see in the sequel.

just wondering, is there any way to see/download an entire story instead of copypasting it chapter by chapter? I don't always have access to the 'net, so I'd like to have an offline version to peruse

I hate sequels which force you to read the prequel to understand them. They're against the rules of fanfiction.net anyway, unless they changed them recently. I specifically wrote my trilogy such that you could read any part you wanted without any pre-reading to understand them. You could read them out of order if you wanted.
Also, author's should not threaten to discontinue the story because of a lack of reviews. I didn't get that many reviews for some of my stories, but that didn't stop me, and they still got hits and were quite popular. This author has a lot to learn.
That said, I REALLY need to check up on fanfiction.net and get back to reading and reviewing stories and maybe even writing them.
