If anyone's used Windows Movie Maker for a while, I have a slight problem.
I have AVI files that I want to edit, but when I tried to import it into the program, it says it needed a codec, it then tried to download the codec and froze.
Do I have to convert the AVI to solve this? ^^'

You'll have to re-encode your files using Windows Media Encoder, as Movie Maker is a picky git when it comes to editing files that have been imported into the program. You can download Media Encoder here - it's free :3

Praise be to the wise Declan!
I downloaded the Encoder fine and it works brilliantly. Yay!
