...that Bleach is a kick-ass anime and owns all your souls.
That is all.

Haha. =P I heard it was good - I know a number of people that're big fans of it. But what, exactly, makes it so awesome? I mean, sure, I could go look up the Wikipedia entry on it; but that wouldn't tell me why you Bleach fans like it so much. So go on, write a page-long rant about all the things about it that make it totally sweet! XD

Uh, yes, it is an anime. That's what me and Lancer just said.
Basically, it's about a boy called Ichigo Kurosaki who can see spirits, and after an encounter with a Shinigami (aka, Soul Reaper) called Rukia, he ends up becoming one and has to take on evil spirits called Hollows for her, as circumstances forced Rukia to transfer her powers to Ichigo.
It starts off a bit slow with the first arc, but later on, things start to pick up when members of the Gotei 13 organization start to show up. And this is the good thing about this anime - it goes at a fast pace, and the plot tends to twist and turn so quickly, most of them are a complete surprise. Especially when the show's first main villain is finally revealed (and no, I won't spoil it, so you'll have to go watch it yourself).
So, yeah, I've watched it up to the end of the Soul Society arc, and already I've fallen in love with Captain Komamura from the Gotei 13 - he's a great minor character, but it's a shame that he has too little screen time for himself D:

Ooooh, I read the Wikipedia entry on that once! It sounded really interesting, aye. But there is still one thing that mystifies me . . . whence cometh the name? "Bleach"?
