Do I have to be a Freya fan to register?
Nope! Being a Freya fan isn't a requirement to register to our forums. We even welcome Vivi fans, general Final Fantasy fans or even part-time car mechanics.
I found a bug related to this site! Where can I report it?
Please report any site or forum bugs to the Trouble Reports forum. Provide as much specific information as possible, including your browser name and version, what EXACTLY you were doing when you found the bug, and any error messages you received.
How do I change my profile info/Avatar/Signature?
At the top of the page there is a link called Profile. Click that, and go to Edit Profile at the top-right corner of the page.
How come my username lost it's capital letters?
Your username is the name you use to log into the forums with, and is seperate from your display name. You can change your display name by going to Edit Profile and clicking the Personal tab.
How do I decorate my posts with bold, underlined or italized text? How do I add links and images to my post?
The boards provide plenty of BBCodes to decorate your posts with. You can use the buttons on the top of your text box to add any BBCodes to your message. Here's a quick reference guide to some of the more commonly used codes:
What's up with the "ranks"?
Dude, ranks are cool! Your rank is based on the number of posts you have made on these forums. The more posts you make, the higher your rank will be.
Can I get a custom title?
Sure! Just contact one of the administrators with your request and we'll be happy to provide you one. Custom titles will not override your current rank and will appear underneath it instead.
Ack! I've been banned! What do I do?
Depends. If you violated some of our rules and procedures, then it's your own fault. Your only recourse would be to email the webmaster and plead your case.
Some guy's being a butthead! What do I do?
Report him/her to the board moderator using Report Post under Post Options located in the top-right corner of a user's post. If they're being a board-wide problem, please file a complaint in the Resolution Center.

No actually, you can't. As this is a privately-owned website, you can and will be banned for inappropriate conduct. To reiterate:
The overriding philosophy on the Realm of Eternal Rain forums can be best described as Don't do stupid crap. Use of these boards is a privelage reserved for those who know how to treat others with respect and abide by our rules of conduct.
You may NOT make posts that contain or link to the following:
- Pornography or sexual material
- Illegal files (music, warez, CD cracks/codes, etc.)
- Hate speech (including racism, sexism, etc.)
- Excessive profanity (especially in subject lines)
- Spam, scams, or commercial messages
If you break these rules, you run a high risk of being banned. Users can also be banned if they are deemed a detriment to the peace keeping of the community.
Who decides what's pornographic, illegal, hateful, profane, or annoying? Well Parlament's a little busy, so we do.
